Terrence races to the fallen High Lord and touches his torso. He speaks the unknowable name of the divine (causing everyone to forget it the moment they hear it), channeling healing energy into the fallen man. He shouts to Roland Dreki, "Any chance you can set this troublesome woman on fire?"
Roland offers a cry of anger, rushing forward to also strike against the pale elf and driving his dagger before him. The encouragement of the strange puppeteer only seemed to edge him on, and he lashes out toward the pale elf's heart, blade crackling with electrical energy. But, the dagger simply grazes the woman's armor, doing no damage, and she begins to coil her whip around her one hand as if to attack again. Arabella is kneeling next to Terrence, her hands pressed against her father’s wounds. Strangely, although their efforts are closing the gashes, the man is not regaining consciousness. Bart dives down to distract the pale elf as Quiberron points and unleashes a fire bolt towards her. The flame blazes right past her and into the kitchens with some clamor. “Weak, all of you! You have no hope!” the woman yells. "Weak!" Comments are closed.
